Delivery was great, arrived earlier than initially stated. Assembly easy with one small issues (picture) where hole for peg was covered and needed to cut through to install. It is comfortable, firm with some give. Material not like corduroy I imagined, much softer (furry like). Will see over time how it wears. The Kapellen upholstered ottoman is way bigger than I thought it was going to be. For my tiny home it makes things rather tight in my living room.
