Lots of broken tile arrived because no fragile warning label placed on item. FedEx delivered it and was not careful with it. Had to request replacement twice. I know that Wayfair gets this from some other vendor, likely, but product came damaged; 90% of the tile had a white chalky substance on it and a good 10% to 20% of the tiles were broken.
