Love these pans what back and bought additional ones.. Deborah. Springfield, MA. Tue Sep 22 2026

Q: How to use a non-stick pan? A: Preheat the pan over medium-low heat for a few minutes before cooking, then pour in a small amount of oil to coat the bottom. This prevents food from sticking and allows the pan to perform at its best. Also, avoid using high heat unless frying or grilling. Q: How to prevent the enamel coating from peeling off? A: Avoid using the pan over high heat for extended periods; allow the pan to cool completely before rinsing with warm water to prevent the enamel from peeling off due to drastic temperature changes; handle with care to avoid impacts. Q: How to clean stubborn stains? A: If there are residual stains on the bottom of the pan, soak it in warm soapy water for 1-2 hours, then scrub it clean with a soft sponge. For stubborn stains, a small amount of baking soda works very well. Never use metal cookware or scouring pads, as they will damage the enamel coating. Silicone or wooden cookware can be used instead.

Exactly as described! The pans are quite nice and feel like quality cast iron cookware. I am interested to see how they hold up over time with sourdough baking and soup making. For this price point though and at this time I would recommend.. Ilyssa. Orlando, FL. Fri Sep 25 2026
