Is the very sturdy soap dispenser. The only problem I see is that the white tube that goes into the soap container doesn’t fit properly into the pump. It looks like it’s just screw on, but it barely is able to enter the pump at all. I may have to return it.. Mildred. Cornelius, NC. Tue Oct 20 2026

To control the amount of soap desired, you can position your hand up close to the sensor for a little soap and farther away for more. The wide refill opening makes refills fast and easy, and there's a QR code under the lid so you can reorder soap in a flash. It's also waterproof for easy cleaning. Rechargeable with included charging puck — one charge lasts up to 3 months. Use simple human soap for optimum pump performance. Also works with hand sanitizer.

Superior lather. This refillable dispenser replaces single-use plastic soap bottles, and its softly rounded lines bring a calming, minimal look to your bathroom counter. It’s crafted from mildew-resistant ceramic with a silky matte finish that’s available in a range of neutral hues. Designed for use with standard liquid soap; not compatible with foaming soap.

I was skeptical about the functionality of the soap dispenser before I bought it, because of the bad reviews but still decided to buy because it’s so cute and modern. PRO tip: after you put the soap in the dispenser, plush the top down hard in the middle with your palm so that it seals. Otherwise, the top wobbles around like you see in other reviews. Overall very happy with my purchase. Abena. Brighton, MA. Sun Jun 14 2026

The simplehuman stainless steel pulse pump is engineered from the inside out. Its innovative design includes a large pump tube that allows for greater soap or sanitizer flow – no matter how thick – with far less effort. Ball bearings located at the top and bottom of the pump keep air from entering, which prevents soap from dripping, leaking, or drying out. Just a light touch on the spout provides a generous portion of soap – and it’s designed to last more than 150,000 pumps – that’s over 15 pumps a day for 27 years.
