Pretty easy to build. A little disappointing that the description mentions a curtain that is not included. There was a piece at the foot of the bed where the bottom shelf and bed connect that the hole was not drilled out, you could see it was started but we had to drill it out. The windows could be sewn better because they didn’t survive my toddler, within not even 5 minutes after the bed was done being built the windows were broken. Got this twin bed for my daughter and honestly it’s way nicer than I expected for the price. The velvet feels really good to the touch, not cheap at all, and the scalloped headboard is such a cute shape. Bonus it doesn’t show smudges, which is clutch with a kid using it every day. Delivery was smooth. I liked that every piece came individually wrapped. Only real complaint is the bottom of the headboard, you can see the staples where the fabric is finished.
