We love this vinyl carpet protector for our stairs. It looks very nice, is non-slip and confirms easily to the stairs and stays in place with a minimal number of staples. I covered to protect my two wooden nightstands, chest of drawer and TV console tops. It’s easy to cut with scissors and it looks like thick glass or clear plastic on surfaces. It doesn’t curl up, but lays rather flat. It cleans easily with water and it will certainly protect my furniture surfaces.. Laverne. White Plains, MD. Sun Oct 15 2023

We just moved, and I really wish we had this protector on our table prior to the move. Our table got a little beat-up during the move, with even a couple of chips, so I was very thankful to be able to put this on as soon as we got settled in our new home. This heavy-duty tempered glass chair mat from Modern Chair Mat Co. combines expert craftsmanship with top-grade materials to create a product that is as aesthetically pleasing as it is functional. Constructed of ¼” thick safety glass, the mat is rated to hold over 1,000 pounds. The smooth, scratch-resistant surface offers user improved ergonomics versus plastic and vinyl alternatives, plus the glass mat will not crack, curl, or discolor. A proprietary ShockShield bumper system is included with every chair mat. Once (optionally) installed, the soft bumpers keep the mat firmly in place and provide advanced protection again incidentally dropped objects. Choose between two edge types, including the exclusive Taper-fect edge, which allows users to roll on and off the chair mat with ease. Also choose between two colors, including the advanced Ultra-Clear color, which eliminates the slight green tint associated with standard tempered glass. The chair mat works well on hardwood, tile, low-pile carpet, and high-pile carpet.

The chair mat arrived today in perfect condition and my grandson and I installed it because it’s a little bit on the heavy side about 140 pounds but we got it in place and put the little feet on the bottom of it and I’ve been sitting on my office chair for about half an hour, and I can move it very easily where when I sat on the carpet for half an hour, the office chair was about impossible to move because it had sunk down and I have not flush carpet, but I have fairly thick carpet and a fairly thick foam pad underneath so this is absolutely perfect and I give it five stars and if I had 10 stars, I’d give it 10 stars. This was just what I needed. I have two cats and just moved into a place with a patio and screen. My cats are indoor cats but they like to look out the door. When they see me outside, they scratch the screen to get out or to get my attention. Having this plexiglass to protect the screen was key! Not only is it saving me a replacement screen, but it allows me to go in and out by stepping over the plexiglass and preventing them to run out, AND they get to see what’s going on out there without any problem. It’s easy to clean and has the transparency of glass without the fear of breakage.. Anonymous. Cambridge, MA. Fri Jul 03 2026

Exactly what I was looking for!. Eliana. St Charles, MO. Wed Sep 02 2026

Core Product Principle: The Cat Scratch-Resistant Sofa Cover is a physical protective product specifically designed for households with pets, addressing the common issue of cats scratching furniture. Cats scratch to mark their territory and sharpen their claws, typically favoring textured or easily scratched materials. The surface of the transparent scratch-resistant cover is usually extremely smooth, causing the cat's claws to slip upon contact. This gradually diminishes the cat's interest in that area. Important Notes: Not all cats will stop scratching due to the tape. Some may attempt to tear it off. For best results, use alongside alternatives like scratching posts or cat trees to redirect cats to appropriate scratching locations.

I bought this to protect my kitchen island table, also bought from Wayfair. I use my kitchen island for dining, preparing food and baked items, crafting, working on projects and entertaining. Before I started using this table protector, the tabletop was getting scratched and scraped and I kept needing to use my furniture repair kit. I tried using a few coats of polyurethane, but my kitchen island just gets used too frequently on a daily basis and the top still scrape marks. I've been using the table protector for 2 weeks now and it's doing a great job! I have prepared a pizza, chopped veggies on a wood board, laid all sorts of tools and heavy items on the table, but my kitchen island's tabletop is safe! I also like that it's mostly clear, so you can still see my pretty table surface underneath. And best of all, it was the perfect size for my kitchen island! The only negative I could say is that it does tend to be a bit slippery and doesn't grip the table. My cat jumped up and the entire protector and the cat went flying! Hopefully, she'll remember not to jump on the table!. Lisa. Edgewood, NM. Thu Nov 19 2020
