Although our initial experience was not a positive one in that several of the frame pieces were broken and unable to be assembled, Wayfair very quickly addressed the issue and sent a replacement out. The bedframe was relatively easy to assemble, although the directions were challenging in a few spots, but, admittedly, I sometimes struggle with schematics.
