The chair was difficult to assemble and we had to take a trip to a hardware store to get bolts 1/4 inch longer. Secondly, the chair sadly, is super uncomfortable. The delivery from Wayfair was on time & fine but the instructions that come with this item for assembly were not very detailed - did assemble it and the air shock that controls the recline feature is so tight that I can’t push the chair back - I have contacted the customer service email that came with the instructions but they claim they can help me without a package shipping # and can’t trace my order through Wayfair - if someone there can reach out to them for some help! This is a beautiful outdoor recliner. The color and sheen on the base is so pretty and the fabric is soft with plenty of padding. The recliner is easy to recline.
