This is a great sandbox! It’s much larger than I thought, 3-4 little kids can play in it comfortably. The yellow dump truck in it is a big one for size reference. It was easy to put together- just simply screwing it all in the pre drilled holes. I put it together in about 30 minutes and I’m not that handy. Fairly easy to build, I did it myself in a little over an hour. My daughter hasn’t used it yet but it seems pretty durable and I think she is going to enjoy it a lot. My only complaint is that, while I know wood grain can come with natural imperfections, I wasn’t expecting this much minor aesthetic damage, but not enough to really complain and send back (some of the white in my picture is styrofoam I haven’t gotten off yet). I put this together solo in 5.5 hours. It was tedious but not the worst piece of furniture I’ve put together. It was well worth the assembly time as the finished playhouse was perfect for my daughter. Big enough for two children or a child and an adult to play inside. Good quality materials. I ordered this for my 1.5 yr old granddaughter to enjoy . It took several hours to assemble. Quality is nice. The wood has been sanded smooth and hardware for hinged lidseat a good quality. I like the way the lid is self contained and the awning adjustable and lowers down. I am happy with this purchase.
