The colors are stunning the desk is heavy and the materials dont look cheap or fake. I was apprehensive about the fake marble but it looks great. Ran into a couple issues while assembling bc there wasnt enough of certain kinds of screws. Also be mindful of the orientation you want the desk. This desk is really beautiful and incredibly easy to assemble. It does require 2 people though bc the tabletop is solid wood. Very heavy. I also didn’t realize that the one end of the table does not attach the the lower part. It just rests on top it basically uses its own weight and it stays put. The only issue I had is shipping. Wayfair said it would deliver in 2 days. I then get an email saying the dimensions are too big for FedEx so it had to ship freight and it took 2 weeks instead of the 2 days like their website said. I’m giving a low rating because the table and legs arrived with a few dings and scratches. Even though the title and description state “solid wood,” which technically it is, the wood used is very cheaply and will chipscratch easily, which makes sense that it arrived in the condition it did. I’m most upset because the hardware pack wasn’t included upon delivery. After reaching out to Wayfair, they shipped a hardware pack, which was estimated to reach us 10-15 days later and didn’t end up arriving by the estimated delivery date. Fast forward to now, the hardware pack arrived exactly one week after the estimated date, all for it to be missing the screws needed to secure the legs to the table. Rather than dealing with “customer support” again or waiting another month for screws to arrive, we decided to go to a local hardware store to purchase the remaining screws. Still peeved about the scratches, but I’m even more disappointed in Wayfair’s support and professionalism. We had a terrible experience and won’t be shopping with Wayfair again.. Anonymous.
