Great set! Arrives on time in several packages. Assembly took about 2 hours of my husband doing it himself. What took longer than expected is that all of the instructions were terrible. If you’re used to building furniture then you’ll get the hang of it after the first set. Other than that the quality is great. They’re comfortable, I would definitely invest in the covers to protect the wood armrest that I feel would age with weather. I would recommend this set to friends and family.. Iris. Charlotte, NC. This should’ve been an easy 5 stars. The quality is great for the price. The color is perfect and exactly like the pictures on site. But the assembly was one of the worst experiences ever. I am experienced at assembling furniture and this took three hours and a lot of choice words. One screw took twenty minutes because the wrench they give you is awful and the screws are all underneath. But if you have the patience it is a nice piece once you get it all together.. The coloring of this patio set is just what I wanted. It’s a dark walnut color that I absolutely love. I have to take away one star because of how hard to assemble this was. The instructions are fine to understand if you just read pictures, however the space to screw in the screws sometimes gets covered up by the rattan cords and makes it difficult to screw in.. Really nice set. The very last chair I assembled had a dent (too late to deal with returnsreplacements at that point), but otherwise good quality. Instructions were not great, but once you figure out how one chair goes together, the rest are easy (at one stage I had to do the opposite of what the instructions said because they were clearly not accurate!). Found same item on Wayfair site for $250 less after purchase. Wayfair would not honor the lower price. As far as the furniture item it requires hours of assembly time and sometimes 2 people. The instructions are ok - not great. You do the same thing 4 times so after first one it goes much smoother. The cushions are really thin and slide all over. If I hadn’t invested so much time in assessing the first unit I probably would have returned it. Wayfair return policy is also poor. They wanted to charge me $80. Daniel. Port Orange, FL. This is the second set of this I purchased. I now have it at both of my houses. Great quality and the cushions are comfortable. You cant go wrong with this set!. Amy. Monroe, GA. Sun Mar 15 2026
