I received this product for free I exchange for an honest review. Very strange shipping situation as it came in two different boxes from two different points of origin and arrived a day apart. One box had just the back cushions and the other everything else. It was relatively easy to put together with two people and the video with the instructions was helpful. The fabric is a little creased but I think it will stretch out, along with the thickness of the cushions needing to expand. I'm thrilled with this sofa! I opted for the in-house delivery and setup, but it would have been easy to put together myself. I added ball pillows because the four included wasn't enough for my taste. The couch is very firm, low seat back and low to the floor.
