One screw took twenty minutes because the wrench they give you is awful and the screws are all underneath. But if you have the patience it is a nice piece once you get it all together.. I really like the look of this set. It is comfortable too. The cushions are not anywhere close to 4" thick; they're more like 2 3/4". One of the legs is bent, and we cannot bend it back. This was also missing 4 parts, so the 2 chairs are waiting for the bottom to be installed so they will swivel. It took 2 days for these to come & it will take 10 days to get a part.. Beth. The quality and comfort are great! We loved it immediately. The red is a really great bright red, not tomato or terracotta or other orangey-red. The coffee table is too small for the sectional in my opinion, really needs two, so we will need to buy another table.
