I am obsessed with my new curtains. I was looking for large panel curtains that had a pinch pleat and were machine washable. While these aren't blackout curtains, they look lovely. One thing is that the color pulls kind of pink, but it really depends on the lighting. I will be adding a blackout liner as well. I ordered four panels of the Olivia Velvet Blackout Curtain in ecru (50" x 84"). One of the panels arrived with black streaks on it, as shown in the photo. I was able to position that panel in a corner to hide the black streaks, so I didn't send it back. Most of the wrinkles and folds came out when I used a fabric steamer on the curtains. I got vanilla color. It looks very yellow when next to true white, and with the light that comes through it looks even more yellow. However it worked in my other room with the grey sofa and off white walls. One set arrived badly wrinkled and with multiple stains. I returned it. Another set arrived in excellent condition. I ordered in grey color, I liked the fabric. It’s soft and not plastic like I got once before. Same on the inside and outside. Not completely blackout but not see through at all. These curtains are the bomb! I needed a better blackout curtain for my west facing windows and I finally got exactly what I wanted. Panel width is the finished width between the first pleat to the last. At least 2X of fabric width are used to make pleats and folds, which are more gathered than other headings and have permanent sewn-in pleats for a more elegant and aesthetic look.

The curtains are nice and they are priced reasonably. They aren’t quite the same color as depicted in the photo on the website and that’s disappointing but I don’t want the hassle of returning them so I wl learn to love them for now.
