UPDATE I received a total replacement, in about 10 days. I was able to put this track together, cut to size and install it by myself in about an hour. It is REALLY good quality, tools so nicely and I am very happy with the product. This box also arrived damaged and I am surprised some of the pieces weren’t missing… I really suggest the manufacturer upgrade their packaging process as the ends of both boxes that I received were not sealed properly. I just lucked out that nothing fell out of the 2nd one (replacement). Unfortunately, I can’t really write an honest review yet other than to say the box was damaged and multiple parts were missing. The pieces that were inside seem like they are good quality and as I expected but I can’t put the track up. I have contacted Wayfair, requesting replacement parts and was told (auto messaging) it would be 10 days or so before they are available to be sent. PRO: + Track is very rigid and maintains shape across big span + Painting and finish was perfect (white) + The glides are excellent, glide easily across large space + Ceiling mount was perfect, allow mounting very close/tight to ceiling. singe screw holds mount in-place, and allows easy removal. I didn't need wall mount, but the hardware was really good quality. CON: - No instructions on ceiling mount (had only instructions for wall mount) - No slice connector included. These curtain rods just arrived and look great in our living room with our new curtains! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the rod is a little cheaper looking than the beautiful finials. Obviously not a deal breaker, since the rod is mostly covered anyway. And just a note, the metallic highlights on the cocoa color are more golden. In the photos, they looked reddish brown/coppery. Still a gorgeous finial and still worked in my room. I bought these rods for a total of 4 windows in a Living Room/Dining Room combination. We have standard 8' ceilings so a bought the 96" curtains because I wanted to hang them as high as possible to the ceiling. These rods were perfect for the curtains because the clamp is super strong and I pinched the curtain so it also looks "pleated". It gives it a very custom look because the curtains literally go from floor to ceiling! The wheels are smooth and it is very easy to open and close. What sets this rod above the regular curtain rod is how it snaps into the 3 brackets but the curtain and fully open to the left or right unencumbered by the bracket in the middle.
