I love this ice maker and I use it every single day! It makes small kind of hollow ice cubes so quickly, about 5() minutes after turning it on( sometimes a bit longer) such a simple on button that turns white when it’s on, or red when it’s the basket is full of ice or the water reservoir runs low. It stays on and the ice cubes won’t melt if the basket is full, I like that. It does make a bit of noise, but not too loud. It is a work horse! It cranks out the ice! This product is easy to use right out of the box. There’s two baskets for the single cup side so you can brew with grounds or a k-cup. I’ve used both and both work well. There are ridges in the water basin so you can brew small to large cups. The traditional multi-cup pot side is pretty standard with a mesh filter basket and pour in feature. When you hit brew on either side, it takes a minute to heat the water before it starts coming out but you can hear it so you know it’s doing something.
