These are heavier and sturdier than I expected them to be. I have not installed them yet, but the video makes it look simple. It was nice having it all in a kit. Wayfair delivered the item in great packaging, crated in a wooden box with plenty of wrapping inside. The tub arrrived with no damage, and was installed without issue. Moving this tub is not for the faint of heart—it weighs in at more than 300 pounds, and it took three grown men to move it—so plan on help to set it in its permanent location. This tub is very large and deep. The drain is high enough to get completely covered and it is long enough to lay all the way back. The material is some kind of stone so it is very heavy to move and get in place. This also gives it a cool stone feel when you’re in it. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite.
