I really do like my Cuisinart Stand Mixer. It has plenty of power for the things I use a mixer for which is mostly cakes. I got a black quilted cover for the mixer to protect it from dust and keep its bowl clean. I had originally wondered how the Robins Egg Blue color would look in a stainless steel and black combo kitchen but it is beautiful. This mixer replaces my old Sunbeam twin beater mixer . What a fun project to do for date night! Once we figured out that 6 is fine to start with and work down to 1 it was smooth sailing. It has two noodle settings the fettuccine is the one we made because the spaghetti is really angel hair pasta. The attachment is easy to put on and easy to clean. You just let it dry put and brush.
