First pellet smoker and couldn’t be happier! The probes were surprisingly accurate, and keeps an even cook across the entire surface. I was worried about heat difference closer to the firebox, but this keeps the entire grill even temps. Tyler. Michigan. Fri May 29 2026

Beneath the griddle, the broiler cabinet features a 3-level adjustable cooking rack and a viewing window, allowing you to sear, roast, toast, or melt with ease—bringing that signature flame-kissed taste to every dish. Designed for ultimate convenience, it includes integrated condiment caddies on the side shelves for easy access to sauces and spices, along with a paper towel holder and trash bag holder to streamline prep and cleanup.

Digital temperature control (180–450°F) ensures precise, hassle-free cooking with auto ignition—no constant monitoring needed. With a spacious cooking area and extra-large hopper, enjoy rich, smoky flavors with less effort and more time to savor.

Looks great, works as it should. Clearly a high-quality product. Assembly directions were very clear. My only two critiques: (1) It took me 4-hours to assemble, mainly due to all the wrapped-up individual parts, perhaps they could do some amount of assembly at the factory? And (2) it's pretty noisy, about as noisy as my electric lawn mower.. Joshua. Sisters, OR. Sat Apr 18 2026

I've owned my Broil King Pellet for several years and have tried my friend's low-cost smokers and they simply don't compare. The quality difference in the Broil King is superior, I get a reliable cook each time and haven't had any issues. Other reviews mention auger jams but this can be avoided by not overfilling with pellets and removing your excess pellets after cooking - I have friends who run into auger jams on their smokers and its because they forget that the auger is already half loaded from their last cook. I have a Broil King gas grill as well and the warranty on their products and parts beats out the competition 100%.. Chris W.. Vancouver, BC. Wed Jun 05 2024

Overall, product is great! Love the design of the grill, however the quality can use improvement. This is the sole reason why we are giving 4 Stars. The product is super sensitive, immediately after opening product, had a few pieces shuffle around and right after big scratches were made on the product. Also, on the very first try of burning wood, the paint started to peel off on the right side part of the grill where we apply wood. They can definitely work on making these grill more durable.. Jose.
