Had to replace the old copper bottom fry pan when the handle broke. That won’t happen to the new one with a full stainless handle. This is a good set. I especially like the large skillet with the little helper handle. They do stick slightly, but have been very easy to clean for the most part. When I did have the food stick, I just soaked for a little while in hot soapy water and was able to remove the stuck on part. I think it was caused by the sauce on the food and maybe cooking a bit too hot. Since every brand of pan is a little different, it takes a few cooking sessions to see how they conduct the heat.. Excellent pan. Unlike many other pans this one has the aluminum all the way up the sides rather than just on the bottom.
