Excellent pan. Unlike many other pans this one has the aluminum all the way up the sides rather than just on the bottom. Had to replace the old copper bottom fry pan when the handle broke. That won’t happen to the new one with a full stainless handle. What a work of art I thought I was crazy for spending so much money on 1 single pot after opening it I have zero regrets.I did some research before buying and was scared I would get a Chinese copy but as you can see from the photo it has made in Brazil right on the bottom to me that’s a big win.When I took it out of the box I thought forsure it had something in it because it’s extremely heavy for it size and the fit and finish is top notch very pleased with my purchase hopefully this will last me a lifetime much better than replacing 15-20$ pot every few years after the toxic coatings come off in my food..
