I was a bit concerned when I purchased 2 sets of the Eddie Bauer 100%flannel full size, sheet sets because of the low price. Upon receiving them they were packaged as a present with a lovely ribbon. These sheets were discounted because they were leftover holiday patterns. I chose the blue and white plaid and the pine cone patterns. Washed them and put then on the bed. They are absolutely the softest and most comfortable sheets I can ever remember using. Last night was the fist night using them, now I can't wait to crawl into bed . My husband likes them also. I ordered the slate gray and they are definitely not gray if you're really looking for that color. They are a nice color of pale blue (see photos) and the sheets are soft and appear to be good quality. They had a strong odor upon opening the box but once washed they are fine. These are nice sheets, they are definitely feeling as if they are 100 cotton. These are nice and lightweight sheets. They do seem a little in the thinthread bear side. Before I washed these sheets they felt softer. Almost like they might be a brushed cotton. Or Sateen. Now the sheets feel stiffer and crisp. Which isn’t a bad thing. These sheets are 100 percent polyester and are very soft. I got the gray with the leaf design in bed size queen. They appear to be oversize and and the fitted sheet has deep pockets.
