Arrived very quickly and was packaged very well. Assembly took about an hour or so, but everything fits tightly and it worked right away. There are a lot of great things about this exercise bicycle starting with the manageable size. It does everything a good exercise bike should do, but it's not bulky at all. The resistance knob to make it easier or harder is easy to turn and the seat adjusts nicely. A few things I love about it are the stretch arm and chest strengthening bands. They're in the perfect spot and I really appreciate getting a more complete workout. It's easy to reset and the display cycles through distance, speed and miles per hour and if you have your hand on the bars, it measures pulse and records it.
