These curtain tie backs have a distressed look to them. They would go well in a rustic, farmhouse or beachy vibe room. I did not do the traditional installation. My husband doesn’t like wall anchors, so I made use of the door frame and installed them vertically. They still work well this way and I know they are secure. I gave 4 stars because of the plastic anchors that just ended up putting gaping hole in my wall (thus the patch I now need to sand and paint).
