The roses are gorgeous. I had an electrician install the chandelier on a dimmer which I think makes it look even more beautiful. I had extra crystals left over... not sure if they're "extra" or needed to be attached somehow, but the chandelier doesn't look like it's missing any parts. I was most impressed that none of the pieces were broken upon delivery. The directions are legit useless, so if you're not able to put stuff together, you'll need to hire someone who does.. Elisa. Downsides are that the instructions are VERY condensed, there is a secondary set of lights you need to wire and there is an extra package of silver boltsscrews for some reason that were not required for assembly. I did put this together myself so it possible! But if you struggle with limited directions, you may need to hire a professional.
