Better than I expected! It makes a definite statement. The chandelier has a "full" look - if that makes sense. Many of the pieces are very delicate but everything was packed to perfection. The roses are gorgeous. I had an electrician install the chandelier on a dimmer which I think makes it look even more beautiful. I had extra crystals left over... not sure if they're "extra" or needed to be attached somehow, but the chandelier doesn't look like it's missing any parts. Arrived in good condition, well wrapped, however the crystals at the ends of the metal bars have magnets on them to attach to the bars, and almost half needed to be reglued to the crystals with super glue, as they had come off during transport.
