Ordered a nice “ performance velvet” fabric in “Bella Toast”- a good neutral. Was delivered with legs on. 2 legs had small pads on them, which I did not expect. I had purchased felt pads separately to add for sliding the couch. So I added felt pads on the other two legs. It also came with 3 matching pillows which I did not expect, Turned out great.. The sofa itself is really nice. It's a perfect light beige color. Fabric is nice. It's really stiff, which I personally prefer.. I assume it will break in too though. The main thing I wanted to come here and say is that "white glove" or "full service" delivery is such a waste of money. It was free this time, so I went with it, but I said to my wife, it'll probably come damaged.. because what they do is assemble it at a local warehouse and load it wrapped in a blanket on the truck like movers would. Sure enough, it came damaged, smashed in on one side. Also the "movers" had the white cushions stacked in the middle of the street barely teetering on a blanket... any decent breeze or car driving by and they'd have been filthy. Wayfair is sending a new one so that's fine, but for the hassle, I'd rather have it delivered in the box.. this one is literally the main base, 4 cushions and then 4 feet.. anyone could assemble it. Update: Wayfair sent a new one, this time had dirty stains all along the front of the cushion like it was dropped on the warehouse floor. Received my sofa today and it’s great! I really think there’s pretty good quality. The only complaint is the skirt is a little wrinkled on the left side. I’m hoping with some steam pressing and time it will straighten out. The qualities is good delivery was excellent only took a month and it ended up being cheaper than buying it on Birch Lane!.
