Really great so far. Haven’t actually tried the chairs yet but I do have something to say about the instructions manual. For this specific product, Model: op-PECLB2-PORVII, the instructions manual has a few flaws. 1) Both steps are labeled “Step 1” 2) The alan wrench’s assigned letter is “F” when the instructions call it “I”. It should, in fact, be “I” because it comes after “H” in the list of parts. 3) The first (and true) step states that Bolt (F) should be used. Well after careful observation. Bolt (H) is actually the one should be the one that’s used. First of all, there’s 4 bolts of H which allows you to attach the entire base to the arm.
