Ill admit, when I first put this new quilt and shams on the bed, I was less than impressed. Its much darker than I usually have in my bedroom. And there were wrinkles in the shams that didnt want to shake (I left them sitting too long in a pile after washing). But once I added some pillows and a blanket, I LOVE the set! It takes a backseat and allows the rest of the decor to shine! But most importantly, it is SOFT. So incredibly soft. And I only used wool dryer balls no softener or dryer sheets its just soft.
