Exceeded my expectations by far. Painted and then dry brushed with one shade lighter to accentuate the damask pattern. I did put a few seams too tight initially, but that’s my fault for expecting more shrinkage. Definitely don’t cut/trim when wet. I used the paste the wall method which worked WAY better than the manufacturer directions as the paper soaks up paste and tears easily if it gets too wet - paste the wall made this a non-issue. Super easy to align and very little waste. I o ended up with extra (thought I’d have more waste than we did!) and now have to find another place to use it because it came out just perfectly! This textured wallpaper exceeded my expectations. I was a little nervous going in since I hadn’t hung wallpaper before, but it went up so much easier than I thought it would. It has real body to it, and you can actually feel the texture when you run your hand over it, which gives the wall a much richer, more dimensional look than a flat print. In certain lighting the texture really pops and adds so much depth to the room. It photographs beautifully too, but honestly it looks even better in person.
