Beautiful look and color of chair! Traditional style and lines. However I think there is a flaw in the design. Others said in reviews that it was a very deep chair. The bottom cushion is very firm, almost overstuffed and the back cushion is very soft. So when you sit down, you create an opening between the top cushion and bottom cushion of at least 1-2 inches. You can touch the back wood of the chair with your fingers. My low back was not supported at all then. Tried adding a small pillow and that made it somewhat better. Very deep seat which is nice if you’re putting your feet up, but otherwise my feet did not touch the ground (5 ft 6 in). They shipped via FEDEX and they actually arrived a day earlier than was initially indicated. They are very well package. ( two boxes for each chair, so I got four boxes total They ship the two arms in one box, and they put the base, back, and back cushion in the Assembly was very straightforward. Took me about an hour to complete both chairs ( about 30 minutes each ). The seat is a very good firmness-though I suspect it will get softer as it gets more broken-in. But honestly i like a good firmness seat cushion like this. The light gray color is pretty true to the ad photos, and the fabric itself has a good feel to it. It’s a smooth easy comforting feel.
