Great sectional for the value! Setup took about 2 hours, but I was able to do it all on my own. My only complaint is that the ottomans don’t stay put. The ability to rearrange is nice, but it’s annoying when it is constantly moving while sitting on it.. Jamie. Highland Park, IL. Sat Oct 31 2026

Great sofa for the price. I’d say it’s Ashley level quality. Took me about 4 hours to unbox, assemble and layout all by myself. Lshape works if you don’t have pets or kids jumping on it. I had it in an L at first and I was constantly fixing it. The brackets that hold them together are not really that strong. Maybe add zip ties if you want to commit to a shape but I love the flexibility of changing it up accordingly. It’s definitely cloud like if you like you sofa soft and cuddle friendly. My elderly parents had a hard time getting out of it without help. The fabric is durable and my cat doesn’t care sharpening his claws on it but it’s his favorite to sleep on. Overall it’s a great “in between” sofa aka I need a new sofa but I still have kids and pets in the house that can ruin it so I need something descent to hold me over until I’m an empty nester and can buy myself a proper $5k+ sofa. The delivery for this couch was wonderful. They updated my time window for delivery the night before, and messaged me an hour out to let me know they were on their way. The crew got it in and assembled very quickly, and I love the cushions and depth of this couch. Compared to some of the other couches I’ve seen from Wayfair, these are much more filled and soft and plush. It’s a light couch, and easy to move, but feels sturdy. I like the color and hope it wears well over time. My only concern is about how hard it is going to be to clean but a beautiful and comfortable couch.. Jennifer. Denver, NC. Fri Jun 12 2026

This review goes out to the skeptical yet thorough person who cringes at making large purchase site unseen. That was definitely me, with my tape measure and goggling what chenille fabric. DELIVERY- comes in one big box that was probably 5"8ft tall and 3ft wide. Was able to fit on my small apartment elevator with myself and the 2 movers. UNBOXING - couch comes pretty much assembled with a separate box containing the legs. SETUP - I had the pleasure of not putting the couch together. Wayfair had a special for free assembly at the time of my purchase so the movers put the couch together. It took no time because they simply screwed the legs on. VISUAL IMPRESSION - beautiful, true to color...definelty blue lol. was really worried about the length of the couch as I was deciding whether to buy or not but it works for me in an open concept studio apartment for one (650sqft). Could sit with 1 friend spaciously or 2 others hip to hip. COMFORT - Couch is firm, not unbearablly firm more like doctor office chair firm or car seat firm. I was looking to avoid velvet type or the teddy bear/boneless couch fabric for my next couch...more of a linen was the goal. This is a good medium for me in terms of fabric...like a low cut fluffy linen. When sitting and laying, if youre looking for a squishy memory foam cloud couch like experience this is not it. I'd say this is a couch for someone who doesn't spend a lot of time sitting on a couch (if that makes sense). FUNCTIONALITY - the seats cushions aren't removable...the middle is boundtogether so no worries about the cushions moving around, only thing is the back cushions those can be moved around and the covers removed...I believe if you want to clean it you'll have to invest in a cute fabric cleaner machine. Very much true to size. Armrests are firm with some cushion...if you push hard enough you'll feel stillness but comfy non the less. NEGATIVES(kinda) - I find the foldable back to be weird. It doesnt flop or anything it just makes the piece feel less serious. I suppose it was a space saving hack for packaging...could probably finesse a sleeping sofa situation out of it. Just weird. Read a lot of reviews and watched a the wayfair specialist video multiple times before taking the plunge. Happy with this purchase overall.. Joshalyn. Augusta, GA. Sun Oct 11 2026

I ordered the Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. Building the couch took about an hour, and the cushion covers were easy to put on. The ottoman is the perfect space to store blankets when we’re not using them. We are loving this couch so far!.
