My original complaint: I ordered two sets of two chairs for a total of 4 chairs. Just the 4 upper chairs without legs or hardware were in the two boxes. they are useless as delivered! Upon complaining to Wayfair, the rep sent my complaint back to the factory. It turns out that the legs and hardware and an Allen key for each chair were concealed in a zippered compartment under the seat. This took a long time; Wayfair should've known the solution to the problem when I first contacted customer service. This little blue swivel chair works well in my space. It’s very comfortable, even for my husband. The heather blue fabric is really beautiful and durable. I’m giving it four stars because the slip cover is a little uneven (you can see in the pic). I don’t mind it, but some people wouldn’t be satisfied. easy to put together. like many of the other reviews state, there is a little gap in the wood pieces. while it was very obvious when we were putting it together, I do not notice it now that it’s together and in use. we bought two chairs and one of them was quite uneven so we had to use several felt pads to level out chair. the other chair did not have this problem. overall, for the price, I am pleased.. These chairs are better than I ever expected. They are very comfortable and seem quite sturdy! The swivel is smooth and no sound. I am so glad that I purchased a Wayfair Verified item. I will from now on. Assembly, if you can call it that, was slipping the back in and putting on the back cushion. With opening the box, 5 minutes top! So easy! Absolutely love this chair. It looks so nice in our living room. I will say the back cushion is not very thick and it is a little hard, but everything else about the chair is great.
