We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. I purchased the FORNO 30 inch this summer and have been very pleased with its performance. It offers simple yet powerful features and has a beautiful "professional" look. These are by far the best stoves/ovens! We have had our 48" since 2021, and just purchased the 30" which will be all that we need as far as the cooktop and oven.
