Pros: Sturdy, love the hidden outlets on top drawers, nice latches, best value in any dog crate furniture purchased (my 4th) Cons: The assembly is lengthy. Took about 2 hours, and the manual is 40 pages long. The color is a warm weathered cream with a antiqued white I did not expect. Overall great bang for the buck and my dog loves it!. Nancy. A must-have for any dog owner, the crate can be used as a bed, to keep them safe during car trips, or even a training tool. This essential design is crafted from steel and features two doors that can be locked for safety as well as protective rubber feet that safeguard your floors from scuffs. A divider panel lets you allot space according to a growing puppy's needs, while a plastic pan provides an easy-to-clean surface in case of accidents.

They’re HUGE! True to size and very sturdy. I have two Saint Bernard pups (10 months and 11 months old), both already 100 lbs each, and they fit comfortably with plenty of space to stretch out. The metal feels strong and secure, and the doors latch firmly so I don’t worry about them pushing their way out. Setup was super simple — I put both crates together by myself in less than 2 hours. Everything lined up well and the instructions were clear, so assembly wasn’t a hassle at all. I bought the beds separately, but they fit perfectly inside the crates and make them extra cozy. My girls absolutely love lounging in their crates, and they’ve quickly become their safe, comfortable spaces. Definitely recommend for anyone with large or giant breed dogs who wants a crate that will last and truly give their pup enough space!. Kt1776. TN. Sun Sep 28 2025

Very easy to put together. Took about 20 minutes once I had all the parts laid out. Seems pretty well built and looks much better than a wire kennel. I will say the latches are not the greatest and may need to be changed out later.. Vince. Fresno, CA. Sat Mar 22 2025

Perfect for our living room and eliminated the need for separate crates for our two dogs which created more space. My only complaint is the stickers on the top. They should be placed somewhere less conspicuous or more easily removable.. Dawn. Wilmington, DE. Mon Jun 15 2026

I purchased two of the Chamiya Metal and Wood Pet Furniture Style Crates in Black, and I absolutely love them! Assembly was surprisingly easy, with clear, straightforward instructions. I was able to put both crates together entirely by myself without any issues. The crates are definitely heavy and sturdy, but they are still easy to slide across my tile floors when I need to clean. The three doors open and close smoothly, making it convenient to access the crates, and they are very easy to keep clean. I especially love the brown wood tops, which give the crates a beautiful furniture-style appearance rather than the look of traditional dog crates. The tops are also perfect for storing my dogs' blankets, which is an added bonus! Shipping was incredibly fast, and both crates arrived securely packaged and well-protected. Although they are heavy, I consider that a positive because they feel solid and well-made. I had to return one of them as I didn't have part of the gate I needed (two of the same item in the box), while that was a feat, with it being heavy, Wayfair shipped out my replacement super quick and were super helpful!! Overall, I am extremely pleased with this purchase! They are functional, attractive, and blend nicely with my home decor. I would definitely recommend these crates to anyone looking for something stylish, sturdy, and practical for their babies!. Michelle. Dunedin, FL. Tue Oct 13 2026
