Having said that, the bike itself is very sturdy and easily functions without any sqeaking or feeling like it's not going to hold together. It comes with resistance bands that are a breeze to take off and on according to your level of fitness. It also comes with a set of arm bands. The seat is a good size and comfortable. My new stationary bicycle was delivered on the date stated on my order confirmation. The directions were easy to follow and only took maybe 30 minutes for me to assemble. The quality is lacking as there are parts of it that seem to be cheaper made but it works great. The display works and I checked with my medical monitors and they read the same results as the bicycle shows. For the price I would recommend this  if your looking for a cheaper stationary bike.. Great addition to a home gym. This 3 in 1 leg press and squat machine is great quality. Assembly was done with 1 person and look around 4 hours. It's not over complicated to set up. You can move the back rest and tilt the foot plate to go between the press and squat quickly. It is obviously a large piece of equipment, I still need to rearrange to find room in my gym. This treadmill sticks and while walking or jogging you may fall as a result of the treadmill sticking. I literally have to put it on an incline of 2 or more to enhance the performance.
