This is NOT an off brand adjustable bed frame, it’s made by Mlily who make quality bed frames. It uses two whisper quiet lift motors, a name brand controller module, four earth shaking vibration motors and a heavy duty frame. We purchased two king bed frames and both had FOUR position legs(3” each) and a LIGHTED remote control(see images). You will easily pay twice the price for a comparable bed frame anywhere else with the same features. My wife and I(58 and 60yo) were able to separate the two king bed frame sections at the three hinge points with a metric ratchet and wrench and unplug three quick disconnects in order to half the weight to 100lbs each and bring them up a flight of stairs, then reconnect everything on the second floor, this process saved our backs and cost us an extra fifteen minutes tops. Installation was super simple and the remote was already paired to the frame. This is a great compromise if you want an adjustable bed base with some but not all bells and whistles. The split king lets you do individual motion settings for two Twin XL mattresses or can be synced with one remote and standard king mattress. Amazing adjustable bed and great price, it also has massage feature but it’s just vibration, does feel nice for the moment but the vibration can be felt and heard from the floor, maybe adding a rug would help but another then that it’s great and the motors are quiet. I’m reviewing this based on about 3 days of usage. There are few reviews on this product so I wanted to contribute one! - It is insanely heavy. We bought the queen and were lucky that our master bedroom has a door to the outside, and the delivery guys managed to leave the box in exactly the perfect orientation for where it was going to go. It took 3 of us to place it into our wood, four-sided platform bed, though two strong people could do it. - The setup truly was dead easy other than the weight. Screwing on the legs and plugging in the power box was super fast. I ended up clipping the power cable into the existing cable clips underneath to reduce the opportunity for Roomba to tangle with it. - The motor truly is extremely quiet. You can’t hear it changing positions. - The changes in position are very smooth but aren’t very fast, which is good if you’re in the bed already, but it’s a little slow if you adjust it before you get in. That’s not a problem, though. - I bought it primarily for the tilt function. While it doesn’t tell you how many degrees you’ve tilted it with the remote, I like that you can save your settings on the remote. That way, we can sleep at the same tilt level each night. - The massage functionality probably should have been left off. We made a lot of Magic Fingers jokes since it really doesn’t transfer motion through our heavy Saatva latex mattress other than vibration. Maybe it would do more with a less dense mattress? - The tag inside the bed lists MotoMotion as the company that made the bed. I had concerns about buying this bed with so little info about the company out there. If something broke, would the warranty even be upheld? The URL listed in the paperwork with the box is dead (ergopedic.net). I didn’t try the 1-800 number for the California marketing company, MB & G Marketing in Indio. But knowing that this was manufactured by MotoMotion gives me a little piece of mind about potential availability of parts since MotoMotion is a big company. - It off-gassed quickly. I had concerns about VOCs negatively affecting me. The first day after opening the box released a bit, but they dissipated quite quickly and there was no noticeable odor after that. We bought this adjustable bed base wanting more flexibility and comfort than a traditional bed frame, and it has been one of those purchases that quickly becomes part of your normal routine. Being able to independently adjust the head and foot positions makes a huge difference when reading, watching TV, or just trying to find a comfortable position at the end of the day. The Zero Gravity position is especially nice and has become one of our favorite settings. The wireless remote is simple to use and much more convenient than having controls attached to the bed. Adjustments are smooth, and the base feels sturdy and stable even when changing positions. Setup does require a little effort simply because an adjustable base isn't exactly lightweight, so having another person available definitely helps. Once it was in place, though, everything was straightforward. This is one of those upgrades that initially feels like a luxury and then somehow becomes something you don't want to live without. This bed is amazing. I total life saver. After spending a month in the hospital and close to 3 in a physical rehabilitation center, I needed a shorter bed that was adjustable. I feel in love with this bed before I even ordered it. I just knew it was the one. I went from adjustable queen from another company that I needed a step stool to get into. To an xl twin happily with some elastic sheet straps my beloved snoopy sheets fit on my bed and if I have company I can my extra pillows and turn it into a day bed type side so we can watch tv. So far so good, we love our split king adjustable bed. It was easy to set up took about 10 minutes to unpackage and screw in bed legs, so a total of 20 minutes for both beds. The hard part was carrying both boxes up to our second floor. Boxes were heavy need at least 2 people to carry. The bed massage works great we bought 12 inch mattresses and can feel it. It came with 2 separate remotes to control each side independently. Overall would recommend this adjustable bed. Great bed frame! Recently upgraded our teens bed and absolutely loves this frame. She has a thicker hybrid mattress but can still feel the massage setting thru it. The head a foot incline move very smoothly and there is no sound when adjusting.
