I purchased this for use as a sewing desk. I absolutely love it. There is plenty of clearanceleg room underneath the desk. TONS of storage with the various shelves and cubby areas. Very bright lighting but the one minor fault I can find with the light is that it’s just a little too far back from the area where I’m sewing. Overall very happy with my purchase! .. Cheryl. I purchased two of these storage units a few years ago, and they’ve been surprisingly versatile! We originally used both in our playroom to store kids’ toys. After moving last year and as the kids have gotten older, I repurposed one for our laundry room to store cleaning supplies, pool towels, and other household essentials. Since I still have a toddler, I added a childproof lock to keep cleaning products safely out of reach. There’s plenty of storage space, and we typically keep a small step stool on the bottom shelf as well. The second unit is in our basement and is used for miscellaneous household storage. I love that the shelves are adjustable, making it easy to customize the space for different items as our needs change. One thing to note is that we did encounter a few imperfections during assembly, so I wouldn’t recommend these if you’re planning a perfectly seamless, custom built-in look. However, for everyday storage, they’re attractive, functional, and hold a ton of stuff. I’ve been happy with how easily we’ve been able to repurpose them throughout our home over the years!. Mandy. Great desk for a 9 year old. The drawers are fabric, the top one doesn't go in all the way because of the bar in the back. The two sections are held together with 2 wood pegs and isn't very sturdy and leaves a small gap. Our fabric drawers came really dirty. It was easy to put together and works as a nice first desk..
