Phenomenal desk for painting— sadly came with a few marks and quirks like a slight lean. Took a professional 6 hours to install. The drawers on the left and right came separately but it has adequate storage in its own. The top lit shelf is great for displaying my art pieces. A definite upgrade from my previous setup and can certainly recommend to others, but with asterisks for the potential manufacturing quirks all too common these days with self-assembly furniture type products.. Tiny college bedroom so this L-shaped desk was small enough to fit in and still add some style and charm. Putting it together was pretty straightforward thanks to someone to assemble it from Wayfair. I changed the hardware to a warm, modern gold tone to match the dresser I also bought from Wayfair. My biggest problem was FedEx misplacing all my orders and they were awful. I had to go to the service center and demand they put it in my car once they located it.. Solveig. Avon Lake, OH. Fri Jul 10 2026

Great desk for a 9 year old. The drawers are fabric, the top one doesn't go in all the way because of the bar in the back. The two sections are held together with 2 wood pegs and isn't very sturdy and leaves a small gap. Our fabric drawers came really dirty. It was easy to put together and works as a nice first desk.. This armoire desk brings a functional workstation into your space with plenty of hidden storage. It's crafted with a solid and engineered wood frame to handle all your daily paperwork and projects. The design features built-in electrical and USB outlets to keep your devices charged, while integrated LED lighting on a dimmer lets you adjust the brightness as you work. A pull-out tray and keyboard tray expand your surface area when needed. Plus, the cabinet doors shut completely to keep your laptop and clutter out of sight when you're done for the day.

Overall, I absolutely love this desk! It did arrive with a few minor issues that Wayfair rectified. This is a solid piece of furniture. I would definitely recommend paying for the delivery and setup. The two compartments on the top lift up to open but sadly they do not lock in place to remain open, which could be a little inconvenient but there is a slow close on it so it does not slam closed. **TIP** there is a piece that covers the top so you can possibly sit items up there that is probably some type of mdf board and it probably blends in with the packaging and mine was thrown out, so just be mindful and ask for that piece. That is the only reason for the four stars.. Taji. Nanuet, NY. Fri Jun 19 2026
