Phenomenal desk for painting— sadly came with a few marks and quirks like a slight lean. Took a professional 6 hours to install. The drawers on the left and right came separately but it has adequate storage in its own. The top lit shelf is great for displaying my art pieces. A definite upgrade from my previous setup and can certainly recommend to others, but with asterisks for the potential manufacturing quirks all too common these days with self-assembly furniture type products.. Tiny college bedroom so this L-shaped desk was small enough to fit in and still add some style and charm. Putting it together was pretty straightforward thanks to someone to assemble it from Wayfair. I changed the hardware to a warm, modern gold tone to match the dresser I also bought from Wayfair. My biggest problem was FedEx misplacing all my orders and they were awful. I had to go to the service center and demand they put it in my car once they located it.. Solveig. Avon Lake, OH. Fri Jul 10 2026

I purchased two of these storage units a few years ago, and they’ve been surprisingly versatile! We originally used both in our playroom to store kids’ toys. After moving last year and as the kids have gotten older, I repurposed one for our laundry room to store cleaning supplies, pool towels, and other household essentials. Since I still have a toddler, I added a childproof lock to keep cleaning products safely out of reach. There’s plenty of storage space, and we typically keep a small step stool on the bottom shelf as well. The second unit is in our basement and is used for miscellaneous household storage. I love that the shelves are adjustable, making it easy to customize the space for different items as our needs change. One thing to note is that we did encounter a few imperfections during assembly, so I wouldn’t recommend these if you’re planning a perfectly seamless, custom built-in look. However, for everyday storage, they’re attractive, functional, and hold a ton of stuff. I’ve been happy with how easily we’ve been able to repurpose them throughout our home over the years!. Mandy.
