This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. I bought two of these and they are so comfy…amazing. This is my 3rd lift chair that I’ve purchased from Wayfair, and by far my favorite. There is more padding in the seat and leg area, no bare wood anymore. I absolutely love it. The only reason I gave it a 4-star is because it won’t allow the back of the chair to stay forward when reclining the legs.
