The table is solid and has a bit of a distressed finish on the top so it should hold up to daily use. It looks nice and fits my decor perfectly. The underside of the cushions is not upholstered. Seams are obvious generally, but especially so around the nail-head assembly of the arms. If your looking for a plump rolled arm that's nice to lay your head on, this will disappoint -- as will the interior padding and throw pillows. The pillow-fringe is sparse. The fabric feels thin and rough to the touch. It's advertised as a synthetic/cotton mix, but it's hard to feel the cotton. Not a piece around which to center a room or color-scheme.
