These are nice sheets, they are definitely feeling as if they are 100 cotton. These are nice and lightweight sheets. They do seem a little in the thinthread bear side. 300 thread count sheets are not my preference. I prefer 400 thread count. However, I have ordered Tribeca Living sheets in the past and like their durability. I found these sheets very appealing (colors and subject matter) and decided to buy them. I am a little disappointed that they are not as wrinkle resistant as I would like, but overall, I'm satisfied with their specifications. Yes, they are expensive and worth every penny! I'm not sure WHY the title has the word "Sateen" in the description. These are the same SUPERIOR brand sheets I have purchased for 12-15 years and they are 100% Egyptian Cotton and sturdy not thin like many of sateen sheets are.
