So far working as it's suppose to. It's light weight not to heavy to lift. It would been much better if the water reservoir held more water. The cold water starts out cold but since the reservoir is small it doesn't hold much water so the cold water runs out and then the room temp water is dispensed so the water ends up being more room temp water than cold.. Please clean this product regularly to ensure safe drinking. 2. Does the product smell? --- Please clean the lower water reservoir by soaking it in lemon water before use. 3. Poor refrigeration effect? --- Please note that when the yellow light comes on, the fan starts to cool down. It takes about 40-45 minutes to cool (0.08 gal each time, the cooling temperature is 46-59℉). Please do not put cold water in the cooling process, otherwise, the cooling time will be prolonged. After the cooling is over, the yellow light goes off, the fan stops running, and the cold water can be discharged.

My boys love it. My mom loves it. She likes to use it for her warranty. It’s not big and it’s great even though we have a refrigerator water dispenser. The hot faucet is hot enough to cook one's tea or coffee or any other steaming hot beverage at approximately 185° F. Due to the extremely hot water, we've added a child safety lock on the hot water faucet. We have incorporated a nightlight that can be switched on from the back of the unit. This will make filling up your cup at night so much more simple and easy. The dispensing area of space below the spouts. This will accommodate most large cups or bottles. Absolutely love this refrigerator. It is my first counter-depth refrigerator and I was very concerned there would not be enough room to store all our food in it. I have been pleasantly surprised with how much space there is and the third/middle drawer is an added bonus (I have been using it as a beverage drawer and have yet to use the freezer option).
