Having read the reviews before I purchased this table, it seems like there are 2 color versions of the Buttermilk color one being a kind of pink tone, and the other more of a khaki or griege color. While I hoped I would get the more pink-ish tone, I accepted the risk that I could receive either one. I ended up getting the khaki color. I really like the table and am happy with the purchase. We ordered the white set . This is a very solid wood table! We’re having our kitchen redone, so our contractor actually removed the wood top and we had a quartz top made to match our countertops. The wood top was beautiful but just not needed. The chairs are sturdy and look beautiful with the set. I ordered the striped cushions from Wayfair to go on the chairs as I don’t like sitting on wood. These are really nice stools. We purchased four. The first one took about a hour to put together, but once I was sure of how to do it, the remaining three went pretty quick. Chairs are beautiful. They're sturdy and solid. The directions, however, were awful. It took me a while to figure out. First chair took about an hour. The second only took 15 minutes. I'm 71 and did it by myself. Got the table on Monday. Delivery not so great, but the manufacturer did an excellent job of protecting it. I removed a star because this set was hard to put together with just one person even though I managed to do it over the course of a few days. TIP Make sure you connect the bars to frames 6 and 7 in the correct orientation or it won’t connect to the 8 frame correctly so don’t tighten the screws fully until you make sure thats correct, you can turn the bars to correct it if the screws are not tightened prematurely. The table is very sturdy and looks good. There is a seam in the center but I bought a short runner to cover it. Really happy with the product, seats seem sturdy also. This is a really nice set for a smaller area which we have. The only thing I don’t care for is that the chairs don’t fit completely under the table.
