I ordered ivory, it actually works on my chairs well. Ivory is doing a good job of hiding the dark brown color and busy print of the chairs, it's not showing through. My chairs are also a little awkward to cover since they are like the picture but part of the top 6" of the chair back is wood, not fabric. I especially like the banding at the bottom which seems to be doing a great job of holding the fabric in place on the chair. I like the texture of the cover, especially in ivory, because it looks much nicer than just plain covers. I suspect this cover in a color would be very nice, maybe nicer than ivory but I needed that color. In the end they are covers but they are doing a great job of toning down the original chair fabric which no longer work with the room. Plush, stretchy, great pattern. Has ties to secure but you may also need additional fasteners. Stripe pattern doesn’t line up at the seam, so doesn’t look super high-end, but excellent for the price. Be careful to measure down the interior side of the arms and then across the width of the seat (not just end to end). Thicker fabric helps it stay tucked.
