These are nice sheets, they are definitely feeling as if they are 100 cotton. These are nice and lightweight sheets. They do seem a little in the thinthread bear side. Before I washed these sheets they felt softer. Almost like they might be a brushed cotton. Or Sateen. Now the sheets feel stiffer and crisp. Which isn’t a bad thing. I have very sensitive, dry skin and usually prefer bedding with a soft, silky feel so that my skin does not catch against the fabric. For that reason, this duvet cover is not my personal favorite. The material has a somewhat inexpensive feel and also tends to trap heat, which I do not like. However, it has washed very well, which was extremely important to me, and for the price it works perfectly well in my guest room. It is comfortable enough and does the job as an everyday duvet cover set. These sheets are good for the price. They do wrinkle a little but for the price that should not be an issue. They are breathable…so not hot.
