The packaging was not up to standard. The hardware was not packaged and throw all throughout the box. I had to count to make sure i had all the pieces. It took about 3-4 hours to build myself which is fine however, when opening the box the wicker already had scratches on it and that was frustrating. Almost as if someone owned it prior to it being shipped to me. The back cushions are VERY thin, the bottom cushions have good structure; they did have strings already coming off out of the bag. Very nice, comfortable. Only assembly needed is the feet - however, the problem is that the holes don’t quite line up and this results in the whole set being terribly wobbly. These are absolutely awesome chairs! They are very comfortable, cushions are thick and supportive, colors are as pictured. I personally like slighly tilted back rest, and these chairs have a perfect angle: you don't have to recline too much but neither you have to sit straight. Well built, feels sturdy and hopefully will last a long time. I did have problem with the installation diagram. It didn’t accurately reflect how the parts fit together.
