It’s a great space-saving solution that also looks attractive and blends nicely into the room. Assembly took about 6 hours with one person, even though the instructions recommend two people. That said, the directions were straightforward and easy to follow. Most of the pre-drilled holes were properly aligned, which made the process smoother than expected. There was some minor cosmetic damage on one panel and a small gap between panels, as shown in the photos, but both are in areas that aren’t very visible, so it’s not a major concern. While I haven’t fully tested the mattress yet, it seems like it will hold up well for occasional guest use. Amazing value! We looked all around for one of these beds to fit into an extra office/guest room. This was about half the price of other furniture stores and it is a perfect addition to the room. We added a thick mattress cover to make it more plush and some small reading lights in the top underneath so guests will have easy access to a light at night.
