TL;DR- good sturdy couch but could be better. The leather is soft but a little scratchy (aka scratches easily when compared to a proper real leather couch). The recliner works well but beware that it’s not long enough for my 5’6” wife (her feet hang out), if you’re expecting full coverage. My advice would be to spend a little more and get powered headrests, something with USB chargers as well as something a little larger as this is definitely on the smaller side. The in between pieces that are arm rests and have cup holders are definitely much cheaper in quality when compared to the seats. One of the non-recliner pieces is hanging an inch off the ground on one side because the latch that connects to other seats came a little bent and it’s too late now for me to report to Wayfair (more than 2 weeks after delivery). This goes together pretty easily and feels sturdy. The yellow color seems true to what it shows online as well. We had to send the first one back as it did not come apart properly. The seat is one section but the backs come off for moving. It is still really long and may not fit through some stairways. Wayfair was excellent regarding the return. The guys who brought it took it away and another was delivered. We love the couch. We are 5'7" and 6'0" Our feet hang over the edge of the foot rest but it has not been an issue. It's just me and my husband so it is perfect. Don't know how I would feel about it if it was upright all the time. We always put our feet up. The back has a separate control to put the back in a more upright position.
